PCT offers a wide array of seals for ALL Hot Runner systems.
We offer 2 piece piston seal systems consisting of a Viton™ O-ring with a graphite/teflon cover sleeve and Viton™ O-rings encapsulated with teflon.

In addition to standard piston rings, we offer a wide array of different seals:
Vented stainless steel seals used under the nozzle housing to insure against leakage
Grafoil seals used to contol heat flow in the system
Metal C-ring seals used to insure against leaking
